The program is based in Ikeja, Lagos but you will also need to be flexible and mobile as you may be expected to attend seminars around the city or work weekend.
From the start, you’ll receive comprehensive training and expert advice whenever you need it. You’ll take on real responsibility – interacting and contacting clients as well as assisting at seminars. The aim is to give you an insight into what life is like working on the sales desk of a global forex brokerage. By the end of the six months, you should have developed some valuable skills and hopefully an offer to join us on a full time basis.
Promoting RallyTrade’s financial products and services to clients via phone, emails and dedicated social media channels.
Contacting new leads via telephone or email on a daily basis to convert them into active clients.
Developing and maintaining good relationships with prospective and existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service.
Actively follow up on queries, complaints and requests of clients via telephone or email and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Providing general information to the clients about the company and its services or promotional offers and assisting them to effectively manage their accounts.
Retaining existing clients and extending their lifetime value and customer satisfaction in the form of added deposits, referral leads and increase in trading activities.
Training clients on the basics of Company’s trading systems.
Communicating and promoting various marketing promotions to the clients through telephone and email regularly.
Assisting Compliance with the processing of Know-Your-Client documentation.
You’ll need to have a degree or recently completed an undergraduate degree in any subject with a minimum grade of Upper Second Class 2:1. You should be a strong communicator with great organisational skills, self-motivated and a passion for sales, you’ll have a keen interest in learning about financial markets.
Lasting six months, the program combines formal training with practical, hands-on experience. The program starts with a week-long induction that will give you a solid grounding in financial markets and sales. After week one, you’ll begin interacting with clients. You will not be merely shadowing the established sales team but you will be a fully-fledged team member right from the start, making a tangible impact to RallyTrade.

The first part of the application process is to fill out an application form which will include a multiple choice test. You will give us details of your experience and education, and attach your CV.
In the test you’ll be presented with variety of realistic situations that you might face in your role as a Junior Sales Account Manager. You will need to choose a range of responses to demonstrate what you feel would be the most effective solution. We are interested in measuring a set of skills that are critical in order to succeed in the role.
You will receive an invitation to attend a short digital interview, which you can do at our office at a time that is convenient for you.
At our office you will be provided a laptop which you can use for the duration of this interview. This stage of the interview process will cover your understanding of our business and our services. It will also assess your core skills and competencies which are essential to succeed in this role.
Should you be invited to complete the digital interview you will be send full details of what to expect and how you can prepare.
If you are successful after the digital interview, you will be invited to attend an interview at our Lagos office, where you will take part in a group exercise and a final one-to-one interview with our Lagos Office General Manager.
