Today, at the end of trading day AUT20, DE30, EU50, FRA40, ITA40, LEANHOGS, LSGASOIL, NED25, OIL, OIL.WTI, SPA35, SUI20, UK100 and W20 underlying instruments will change their delivery dates. Current difference between prices of futures with consecutive delivery terms is:

- AUT20 approx. -111 index points

- DE30 approx. 148.0 index points

- EU50 approx. -65.0 index points

- FRA40 approx. 12.0 index points

- ITA40 approx. -470 index points

- LEANHOGS approx. 14.300 USD

- LSGASOIL approx. -21.50 USD

- NED25 approx. 1.25 index points

- OIL.WTI approx. 0.13 USD

- OIL approx. -0.50 USD

- SPA35 approx. -40 index points

- SUI20 approx. -127 index points

- UK100 approx. -7.0 index points

- W20 approx. 22.0 index points

It means that if nothing occurs between today's closing and tomorrow’s opening, open price for DE30, FRA40, LEANHOGS, NED25 OIL.WTI, W20 should be higher, and lower for remaining mentioned instruments by given values.

Change of position value connected with base change will be corrected by swap points equal to base value. Clients with limit and stop orders close to current price are kindly requested to adjust their position to changes in base value. Otherwise stop and limit orders will be executed according to standard procedure.

Important:

It is crucial to remember that after calculating the swap points (which are the result of the base between two series of contracts of underlying instrument), the value of the registers of Client's account will change. With a very large base, it may happen that the required MARGIN LEVEL is exceeded. In such a case automatic closure of the position will start, starting with the position that generates the lowest financial result and will continue until the moment when the required MARGIN LEVEL is achieved. Clients should also adjust their active pending orders. If the order activation price set by the client is within the gap related to rollover, the order will be executed at the opening price of the instrument. To avoid this situation PENDING ORDERS must be removed before the end of the trading session of the instrument on the rollover day.

Please note that yesterday there was a change of delivery date for AUS200, MEXComp, US30, US100, US500, US2000  instruments. Clients who have had open positions will be credited or debited with proper swap points amounts.

These are:

- AUS200 -24 swap points for long position; 24 swap points for short position

- MEXComp -517 swap points for long position; 517 swap points for short position

- US30 -224 swap points for long position; 224 swap points for short position

- US100 -12825 swap points for long position; 12825 swap points for short position

- US500  -323 swap points for long position; 323 swap points for short position

- US2000 -149 swap points for long position; 149 swap points for short position

Please be informed that RallyTrade has identified a recent trend where accounts are being overexposed during high impact fundamental news resulting in losses for RallyTrade clients. For this reason, we will temporarily limit leverage at times of scheduled high impact events at a maximum of 1:100.

This temporary change will take place at 12:00 until 15:00 (Nigerian time), on Tuesday, the 14th of March 2023. Please note that existing/ opened trades will be affected on the MT4 platform effectively increasing the margin required to keep those positions opened.

We strongly recommend reviewing all open positions and making sure that your account has sufficient free margin to cope with the updated trading conditions and increased market volatility as soon as possible.
