Bearish Preference: Sell position is envisaged if price trades below 30930 with take profit at 30791

Bullish Preference: Buy position is envisaged if price trades above 30985 with take profit at 31086

Flash Manufacturing PMI (US) 3:45 PM

Comment: The index look set to shed some of its recent gains despite the optimism of the expected stimulus package form Biden administration. The growing concern of rising cases of coronavirus stunting economic growth is expected to dominate sentiment and weigh on the index.

Bullish Preference: Buy position is envisaged if price trades above 1.21794 with take profit at 1.22160

Bearish Preference: Sell position is envisaged if price trades below 1.21296 with take profit at 1.21206

Comment: The risk-on mood weighed on the safe-haven USD and assisted EUR/USD to regain traction as a slight hawkish tweak by the ECB on Thursday extended some additional support to euro. Investors now eye flash Eurozone PMI figures for some meaningful trading opportunities.

Bullish Preference: Buy position is envisaged if price trades above 103.738 with take profit at 103.812

Bearish Preference: Sell position is envisaged if price trades below 103.473 with take profit at 103.375

Comment: The U.S. Energy Information Administration is due to release its weekly inventory report on Friday, a couple of days later than usual, and follows, The dollar had risen along with U.S. Treasury yields on expectations of more fiscal stimulus and government borrowing under a Biden administration. Asian stock markets retreated Friday after a resurgence of coronavirus infections in Asia and the emergence of new virus variants that might be more infectious.
